Align regex and struct argument signature metadata
Render the existing StringPos zero default from its typed value, use named variadic values for struct packing, and derive the Struct constructor signature from its typed initializer while retaining deferred binding in slot_init. Add pure generated-metadata tests and expose existing whats_left signature warnings in CI. Native builds and runtime tests remain pending CI.

Expose existing signature comparison details in CI
Print the mismatches already computed by the existing whats_left invocation so the SQLite cohort can be compared with its actual baseline. Reuse the reviewed one-line --signature reporting change from #9530; no new scan, import, or build is added. Workflow actionlint and zizmor validation remains pending CI.

Report signature mismatches during existing CI scan
Use the reviewed one-line diagnostic option from #9530 so this datetime follow-up can verify the actual 13 reported differences on its own CI head. This only enables printing comparison results already computed by the existing whats_left step; imports, builds, scans, and test behavior are unchanged.
