Mark DropboxException [Serializable] #124
Description
DropboxException aren't serializable, but should be (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1066701/why-should-i-always-make-my-exceptions-serializable-net).
This is causing me some issues when using LinqPad.

When I got the email I thought this was a Pull Request and got excited :(
Feel free to add this to the Exception classes and send a PR. I don't have much time to work on DropNet anymore so I'm always looking for more contributors to help out.
