Thanks for trying, but this is not an answer to my question.

You are adressing the manual very basic method, which, I guess, every DropBox use knows.

I was asking "using DropNet", that is within a program (coded in .Net), using DropNet.API .

    Any suggestion ?

Are you referring to a share link? Or the actual path to a file to use within DropNetClient?

I would assume you mean a share link so you can send it to another person and they can view the file.
Have a look at the GetShare or GetShareAsync methods, more info here: http://dropnet.github.io/dropnet.html

    Hi Damian,
Actually,I am currently using Devxpess FileManager component,, which takes care of linking to DropBox. This allows to select a file in a displayed folder, but I could not get the file URL (I guess it's the "share link", in DB) to be able to open it (for exemple) or display edit, write the file..

What I have is the RootPath and the relative flle path, but this does not make a shared link.

I believe I can get this info from DropNet.

    Any suggestion ?

Have a look at the GetShare or GetShareAsync methods, on the DropNetClient instance, give it the relative path to the file. more info here: http://dropnet.github.io/dropnet.html
