Adds intake for issues from
--compiledreleases (ns build|run <platform> --compiled)..github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/compiled.yml: platform, framework, kind, signature, environment and diagnostic fields.ns compiled reportfills it in. Every issue it creates gets thecompiledlabel..github/workflows/compiled_issue_labels.yml: when an issue is opened or edited, it reads those fields and appliesplatform:*,framework:*andkind:*labels. It swaps them when a field changes, and creates a missing label when the token allows.Labels used:
compiled,platform:ios,platform:android,framework:<name>,kind:compile-refused,kind:native-compile,kind:runtime.
