What is the current behavior?
The legacy
launchevent fires only for the first window of the process, because_launchBridgeConsumedis set once and never reset. On Android 10 and 11, Back on the root activity finishes it andexitfires, but the process stays alive. When the user reopens the app, the new activity doesn't firelaunchagain.@nativescript/angularbootstraps only in itslaunchhandler and tears the app down onexit, so the app stays unstyled and unresponsive until the process is killed. This worked in 9.0.x, where every new activity without saved state firedlaunch. What is the new behavior?
ApplicationCommonre-arms the launch bridge whenexitfires, so the first window after an exit fireslaunchagain. Windows opened while the app is running still don't fire it, so multi-window behaviour is unchanged.Added a unit test in
window-content-resolver.spec.tsthat fails without the fix. Also verified on a physical Android 11 device with an Angular app built against this branch: leaving with Back and reopening now bootstraps the app again.Fixes #11572.
