Issue with ngIf directive, while using condition

The ngIf directive will not respect the condition. I am attaching sample project, where the case could be reproduced.
On it, we check for the undefined or null object and when the Image source is available, the image should be shown.

the behavior in android is not also consistent, sometimes it works n sometimes it doesn't, that in case an expressions is used within like (!busy || expenseId)
