Build Failure in running demo code - MacOs  #5419

Summary

Cannot run cargo run --release demo_closures.py

Context:

• can build the project with cargo build
• can launch and use the interpreter with cargo run

Note:

• I am happy to try to diagnose the issue further if someone could point me in the right direction.

Expected

To run the simple scipt example

Actual

Hit several:
error: failed to run custom build command for malachite-nz v0.4.16

Caused by:
