Fix too-small integer warnings.
Move code that can be shared between OSes to the folder "Shared additions". The OS X project now builds!
Conflicts: Source/DOM classes/Unported or Partial DOM/SVGSVGElement.m
Delete duplicate files.

Found some headers that were being copied twice.
Some comment copying and modification.

Here is the beginning of the re-write for adding OS X support.
Any additional changes will most likely come from branches with the osx prefix.
