ASF Infra and GitHub read .asf.yaml, dependabot.yml, the issue and PR templates and scheduled or issue_comment workflows only from master, the default branch; release-drafter-3.x.yml is referenced by nothing. release-drafter.yml stays: Release Drafter loads it from this branch.

ASF Infra and GitHub read these files only from master, the default branch, so the copies on this line are never used and have drifted from master:
.asf.yaml: onlywhoami-gated site features are per-branch (.asf.yaml docs), and this repo uses none..github/dependabot.yml: master already targets this branch withtarget-branch..github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/and.github/pull_request_template.md: templates must be on the default branch..github/workflows/stale.yml:scheduleandissue_commentrun only from the default branch..github/release-drafter-3.x.yml, where present: nothing references it.release-drafter.ymland the push and pull_request workflows stay, since they run from this branch.
