Corrects the Python frontend capability descriptor to advertise multiDocument: true.

The exported capabilities, live MEP describe/initialization claims and packaged descriptor agree. Canonical qualification covers two-module local imports, compile/generate/recompile and Python API parity in IR 3 and 4. The SDK default and pinned official packager/reference host are unchanged.

Matching compiler API: morphir==0.1.0, morphir-python==0.1.0, morphir-python-native==0.1.1. The API compiler version and extension version are both 0.4.2.

Use Python extension 0.4.2 or later for hosts that require an explicit multi-document claim. Extension 0.4.1 omits that claim.

Bundle and qualification assets include source commit provenance and SHA-256 digests. Rename the versioned .release.json asset to release.json before publishing it into a Morphir extension repository.

All three compiler API companion packages are published to PyPI. For independent parity, install the qualified pair and core explicitly:

Fresh PyPI installation without Rust passed API/CLI IR3/4 round trips and generated Python execution. The published bundle passed offline IR3/4 round trips against this independently installed API. Receipts: pypi-install.json, pypi-bundle-host.json, and pypi-artifacts.json. bundle-live.json records matching exported, described, initialized and packaged claims.
