fix(courses): L01 hints and evidence sections follow the explicit --attest flow - #114

Problem

Review of #113 found two residual contradictions in the six legacy tool courses, plus a missing REVIEW.md entry for the 2026-11-04 instruction fix:

1. L01 hint 3 still promised a code from the default command ("python verify.py then shows this checkpoint's claim code", EN+ZH). These hints render on flypython.com checkpoint pages, so the site would show the superseded instruction even after the checkpoint body was fixed.
2. Evidence sections asked for one transcript while the checkpoint now says "Keep both command outputs" (default + attest run).
3. REVIEW.md had no dated entry for the 2026-11-04 reviewed_on bump; existing entries still described the old default-command semantics.

Fix

• All six legacy courses + Copilot: hint 3 now names python verify.py --attest l01 (EN: inline command; ZH: same). Copilot already said "after you attest it"; now every course names the command.
• All seven courses: L01 evidence sections say "transcripts of both the default command and the attest command" (EN+ZH).
• All seven REVIEW.md files gain a dated 2026-11-04 entry recording the mechanical re-verify (clean-copy check runs, make check green, no live agent run — the pending live run-through still stands).
• L01 content_version bumped (+1) and reviewed_on updated; content-manifest.json regenerated.

Verification

• make check green (146 tests, 15 course contracts, 5 examples, 2 paths, all generated artifacts current).
• Grep confirms no L01 hint in any course still promises a code from the bare default command, in either language.
