Hi there 👋 I am Ath (Hatoriz)

I'm an engineering leader, executive coach, and builder 😎 — currently Head of an engineering org of 200+ people 👨‍💼, an MBA candidate 📚, and someone who loves shipping things that outlive the sprint they were built in. My tagline: Building Ecosystems That Transform.

Aside from leading squads and running programmes, I enjoy building AI agents 🤖 (my own multi-agent "Hermes" stack), writing about leadership & engineering ✍️, coaching salarymen through my GRIT framework 🎯, shooting photography 📷 (@hatoriz), and training for marathons 🏃 (London 2026 on the calendar).
