Change License to GPL instead of Sun BCLA in svn  #4

These files had Sun BCLA in them:

betelgeuse@pena /mnt/checkouts/javahelp-trunk $ less

You should mention GPL somewhere in the distributed files too. The www directory
does not get included to the source releases.
