jython.jar can't be embedded inside jar #352

I'm using jython in a java project, PyScriptEngine , after build the java project to jar, the jython jar was embedded in the java project jar.
the path to jython.jar is /path/to/javaProject.jar/BOOT-INF/lib/jython.jar

this breaks the built-in modules import
