dviread bug with TeX Live 2010 #42

Somehow dviread.PsfontsMap doesn't find cmr12 in pdftex.map, even though that's one of the really core TeX fonts that every reasonable TeX installation will have.
Branch jkseppan/dviread-bug has some extra debugging output calls at level debug-annoying.

The file actually lacked cm fonts. It doesn't crash pdftex, because it can output a bitmap Type-3 rendering of the pk font, but that's clearly suboptimal. I'd classify this as a TeX packaging bug.
To fix, try
sudo updmap-sys --enable MixedMap=cm.map.Merge pull request matplotlib#42 from fariza/report-final
