Reviewed: the complete diff only replaces the IssueLens Vlad Vannov (@main) action reference with the full immutable commit c431d42dddf4e6bf20329b0ac96dbd8a4bf04006. Verified the target commit and action manifest exist; all other workflow contents are unchanged. Approved under the requested pinning-only review scope.
