   Are you using NodeGit 0.27.0? If you're using a newer verison of Node and on Windows, then install.js is missing c12c5a4 commit; essentially missing the shell: process.platform === "win32" line. See also: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/april-2024-security-releases-2

   I get the same errors as #2023 on mac with node v22.18.0, repro steps:

   mkdir /tmp/nodegit
   cd /tmp/nodegit
   npm init -y
   npm add --save nodegit
