Migrate all secrets/credentials needed to maintain the project into a "public" password manager available to the team.

There is a free plan for 1password. Since we already use 1Password, it seems an obvious choice.

To decrease the chances of getting locked out of your account, invite at least one other person to your team and add them to the Owners group.

developer vault: nothing found what should be in the OSS maintainer vault.
admin vault: I marked some with the lable "should-be-oss" which I think should be in the OSS maintainer vault.
