Shutdown of depracated helm chart registry at charts.securecodebox.io #3800

Just as a notice: we are now shutting down the legacy helm chart registry at charts.securecodebox.io today (8.9.2026)

This was announced over two years ago, but was never actually completed.

The official install guides have pointed to the oci:// variants of the charts which will remain with no interruptions :)
So if you have installed the SCB over the last two years you are likely good to go, but best make sure to check your helm installs :)

If the registry / chart url starts with oci:// everything is good.

Note: with this migration we've also had to rescan all charts in artifacthub, e.g. https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/securecodebox-operator/operator , if you had deep links to it they will unfortunatly be broken as with the OCI images we had to import them all into separate repositories in artifact hub
