Add a advanced GitHub SCB Bot 🤖 to automate different maintenance & community activities #510

Is your feature request related to a problem?

As a secureCodeBox maintainer I would like to automate different recurring maintenance or community tasks. This will safe all maintainers some time and supports a baseline of community standards.

Describe the solution you'd like

There is a promising bot 🤖 framework that comes with a lot of out of the box examples and apps: https://probot.github.io

The release drafter app we are using is also based on that framework. It is possible to combine different apps already existing with our own feature requirements.

Additionally to that this bot framework can be configured to run serverless as Cloud function in a Cloud environment:

Describe alternatives you've considered

Instead of implementing our own bot 🤖 we could try to add another existing one, hosted somewhere in the cloud 🤷🏼‍♂️
