Reapers Without Peepers rwp@groups.io
This is Reapers Without Peepers, an accessibility-focused group for users of the REAPER DAW.
Before you dive in, please read the laws of the list below:
1. Usage and accessibility of REAPER must be central to questions, answers, or anything else you post to this group. As of September 2026, please get approval from rwp+owner@groups.io before posting anything that could be considered off-topic. Any threads that don't meet these guidelines are likely to be locked or removed; ditto the people posting them. In recent times, the group has been misused for reach too often. This is now being cleaned up, and going forward there will be less traffic overall, with more focus.
2. All posts are archived by default, we're collectively responsible for building a useful resource. Please take a second to make sure any keystrokes or advice you're recommending work in situ before posting. When using AI, you are responsible for vetting the validity of its output before passing it along.
3. RWP is a welcoming, supportive and respectful patch of electric land. Please treat everyone equally, irrespective of race, gender, sexuality, politics and religion. That's not an exhaustive list; it's an expectation-setter for all aspects of interactions on the group.
4. Sharing what you've made using REAPER is welcome, as is constructive feedback, so that we can all learn from each other's experience. Please start your subject line with #feedback for these posts.
5. Do not encourage or openly partake in software piracy. This applies to REAPER itself, but also extends to plug-ins, instruments, sample libraries and all other forms of software. If sharing abandonware, please cite at least one source from its retired developer or another source with similar credibility. Remember that everything you post here is openly archived.
Should it become necessary for a moderator to intervene, typically the first step is a warning on-list (sent publicly for transparency). In some cases, moderated status will be applied; in rare cases, that may need to happen before a warning. Removal from the group is a last resort.
Your moderator is Scott. Please do your part to make sure he can have a lie-down from time to time.
