What changed in this PR
Raises minimum dependency versions to support PHPDoc parsing needed by #643 and avoid an incompatible container interface.
Changes:
- Requires
phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock^6.0for parsing types such asnon-empty-array<T>. - Raises the
psr/container1.x minimum to^1.1, retaining 2.x support. - Documents both requirements and marks the DocBlock dependency change as a breaking change.

type-resolver1.x cannot parsenon-empty-array<T>, and the@paramgets silently dropped.phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock^6.0, which bringstype-resolver^2.0&phpdoc-parser^2.0- BC break, documented in the CHANGELOG: projects held on 5.x by another package can't update until that one allows 6.xpsr/container^1.1-Container::get(string $id): mixedis a fatal error against1.0.0, CI just never resolved that versionUnit tests pass locally with lowest & highest dependencies.
