Implement a Email Notification Hook #311

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a secureCodeBox user and developer i would like to be informed about new security vulnerabilities found via email notification. If there are multiple teams this hook must be configurable Independent for each team and their needs.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to implement a generic approach which allows to add and configure different email message templates used by this notification hook. As a secureCodeBox User i would like to configure the message and content depending on my requirements.
