The shared materialization consistency test can fail when setup crosses an hour boundary. The fixture rounds its timestamps to the previous hour, but the checker calculates its lower bound from a fresh wall-clock reading. The oldest driver row then falls outside the materialization window, producing the missing driver 3 value seen in nightly CI.
Calculate the lower bound from the fixture-derived split timestamp and convert it to UTC. Add a regression test using real Parquet-to-SQLite materialization with clocks before rollover, just after rollover, and after a longer setup delay.
