What this PR does / why we need it:

BatchFeatureView doesn't override __copy__, so it falls back to FeatureView.__copy__, which always builds a plain FeatureView. Since with_name, with_projection and __getitem__ all go through __copy__, a projected batch view loses its type along with udf, feature_transformation, batch_engine and aggregations:

type(copy.copy(bfv))                                           # FeatureView
bfv[["f"]].to_proto().spec.HasField("feature_transformation")  # False

This adds a BatchFeatureView.__copy__ that mirrors StreamFeatureView.__copy__ (see #6924).

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

No existing issue.

P2 Badge Add a return type to __copy__

This newly added override has no return annotation, so direct callers cannot get a typed result and the signature violates the repository-wide requirement to type-hint every Python function signature; annotate it with the forward-referenced BatchFeatureView return type.

P2 Badge Add a return type to the copy test

This new test function is missing an explicit -> None return annotation, leaving its signature outside the repository's requirement to type-hint every Python function signature.
